News release CCSO. On 09/25/2017, at approximately 1903 hours, Deputies responded to a dispute at 92478 Cape Arago Highway Space 50, Coos Bay, Oregon. Deputies contacted the victim, Paul Schultz outside of the trailer. Deputies could see cooking utensils strewn on the ground. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Cynthia Schultz had been upset with her husband of 13 years for not buying the gift she wanted on their anniversary. Cynthia began to throw items at her husband and punched him in the ear. Cynthia was arrested for Domestic Harassment. Cynthia was transported to the Coos County Jail and lodged on a bail of $5000.00.
