Stewart Lane, CCSO release – On January 5, 2019, at about 10:13 PM, a Deputy from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 87349 Stewart Lane in response to a report of a dispute. Upon arrival, it was determined a dispute had occurred, however, none of the participants would discuss the matter with police. During the investigation, it was determined Jashua Baumgardner was on Felon Probation for Forgery , which carried a no alcohol stipulation. Baumgardner was visibly intoxicated. Based upon Baumgardner’s impairment, his probation officer was contacted and a detainer was authorized. Baumgardner was arrested on the probation violation and transported to the Coos County Jail. The Coos County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Bandon Police Department and Oregon State Police.
