Shutters Landing, CCSO release – On Friday, July, 19, 2019 approximately 3:14 pm, Coos County Sheriff Deputies responded to Shutters Landing Ln to attempt to locate 26-year-old, Jacob Rhyner. The Deputies had prior knowledge Jacob was at a residence at that provided address. Jacob had a warrant out for arrest for Failre To Appear for a court hearing. Jacob was later located trying to walked back into a residence. Jacob was given verbal commands to come back and was advised he had a warrant for his arrest. Jacob was placed under arrest without further incident. Jacob was transported the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and lodged.
