Saddler Rd., CCSO release – On February 17, 2019, at approximately 6:31 PM, a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy was notified of a possible theft in progress at 64274 Saddler Road in Coos Bay. When the Deputy arrived at the home, a man who identified himself as 40 year old Kenneth Mullins, Coos Bay, was knocking on a trailer door on the property. After questioning the man and checking the property, it was determined there was no sign of the alleged crime of theft. However, when the Deputy requested a warrant check on Mullins, it was determined Mullins had two active warrants. Consequently, Mullins was arrested without incident and transported to the Coos County Jail for a parole violation and a probation violation for the charge of criminal mistreatment in the first degree.
