City of Coos Bay news release. The City will be closing 2nd Court off Anderson Avenue on February 28, 2017 from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm for permitted use of right-of-way. The purpose of the alley closure is to allow the contractor access to the back of the business located at 217 Broadway. The City appreciates the community support while this work is underway.
