According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Feb. 18, 10:41 p.m., 1200 block Virginia Ave., “male was assaulted at location. Report taken, ch/Robbery ac/Assault and Theft II.” Attempt to locate sent countywide.
Elude
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Feb. 19, 11:30 p.m., North Morrison & Taylor St., “traffic stop, driver fled on foot, unable to locate on dog track.” A 21-year old male passenger was identified.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Feb. 20, 1:51 a.m., Chester & Newmark, “officer flagged down at location,” 51-year old Randy Lee Watkins charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Tail Light Theft

Drugs Found

Officer respond, located the owner who denied knowledge of any drugs.” Suspect 27-year old Krista Lou Fisher, Coos Bay, referred to DA for Possession of Schedule I, Meth, “subject issued 72 hour trespass from Casino property.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Feb. 20, 8:50 p.m., 1200 block Virginia Ave., “RP reported seeing a black bear between NB lanes and apartments nearby, approximately 10 min. time delay. Officers respond to the area / unable to locate, gone prior to approval. Message left with ODF&W.”
