News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 2/18/16 at about 1630 hours, Coos County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a report an assault at 64118 Seven Devils Road, Coos Bay, Oregon. When Deputies arrived they discovered Gerry Marcott, of that address had been stabbed in the arm by Victoria Ramsey during a dispute the two were having. Mr. Marcott suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault. Ms. Ramsey left the residence prior to deputy’s arrival but was located and apprehended later that evening in the Charleston Boat basin area. She was transported to the Coos County Jail where she was booked on the charge of Assault II and unlawful Use of a Weapon.
