Marshfield MHS won three of four singles matches . Katie Boesl was the only loss in singles in a three set intense match.” Sara, Colleen and Lindsay dominated in their matches only loosing a total of six games in those matches. It was awesome to see them play hard and take the other players out of their games. It was apparent Roseburg was surprised by our play as our depth at singles was very evident today! MHS was missing five varsity players due to other school events. “So we bumped up JV players into the doubles line up. It was a great experience for our young players that will pay off later in the year.”
