News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 4/16/15 at about 2308 hours, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an assault that had just occurred at 70184 Lakewood Drive, North Bend. It was reported the victim Taylor Heppner had received multiple lacerations on his arm during an argument with 22 year old Connor Sederlin of Coos Bay. Mr. Sederlin is the ex-boyfriend of 18 year old Kelsey Johnson. It was reported that Sederlin had left the scene. The victim, 25 year old Taylor Heppner was transported to Bay Area Hospital by Bay Cities Ambulance, Ms. Johnson was not injured. As a result of the investigation Conner Sederlin was located and arrested for Assault in the Second Degree and Burglary in the First Degree. Sederlin was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked on the charges of Assault II and Burglary I.
