News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 12/03/2016, at approximately 1133 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a dispute at 63219 Troller Road, Charleston, Coos County, Oregon. It was reported that during an altercation a male subject had been cut on his right arm by a knife at his home. Deputies and medical personnel responded to the residence and contacted 62 year old Charleston resident, James Cassidy, who had a large cut across his right arm that he reported had been done by a female friend of his that had come to his residence earlier that morning. The female had left the residence before deputies got there. Mr. Cassidy was checked by medical personnel at the scene and refused transport to the hospital. A short time later the suspect’s vehicle was located at Davey Jones Store in Charleston and 55 year old Lorna Dudash was arrested for Assault II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Criminal Trespass II. Lorna Dudash was transported to the Coos County Jail was she was held on $250,000.00 bail.
