The owners of Baycrest Memory Care in Coos Bay could have their license to operate their facility at 955 Kentucky Ave. in the Empire District pulled by the Office of Licensing and Regulatory Oversight for the Oregon Department of Human Services over alleged numerous violations and citations involving the care and facilities for the elderly. A spokesperson for the DHS says the non-renewal process could be halted if the owners correct listed deficiencies and meet corrective action requirements. Baycrest Memory Care is owned by Radiant Senior Living, which also operates Baycrest Senior Living and Evergreen Court, both in North Bend.
