The Portland Trailblazers are advancing to the NBA Western Conference Finals since 2000 after beating Denver 100-96 in Game 7 of their best-of-seven semi-final series at Denver Sunday night. Portland will play two-time defending NBA Champion Golden State in the Western Conference Finals beginning Tuesday in Oakland, CA.
