Redshirt freshman Keely McLaughlin again set the school record in the shot put as the Oregon State track and field team wrapped up competition at the Pac-12 Conference Championship at Roy P. Drachman Stadium on the campus of the University of Arizona. McLaughlin was one of seven Oregon State student-athletes to finish in the top eight earning team points for the Beavers. Freshman Grace Fetherstonhaugh (3K steeplechase), Lindsay McShane (hammer throw), Saskia McNairy (Long Jump), Ann Wingeleth (Long Jump), Keely McLaughlin (shot put), Taylor Crockem (shot put) helped OSU finish with the second highest point total since the program’s reinstatement with 23 points in 11th place.
