According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Feb. 26, 10:35 p.m., 4th & Elrod, “result of traffic stop,” 19-year old Joshua Martin charged with Unlawful Possession Meth, and cited for Failure to Renew Registration, Failure to Carry Proof Insurance. “Martin cited in lieu of custody.”

Anderson Ave., “out with subject sleeping in an alcove,” 19-year old Jason Garcia arrested on two CCSO warrants charging Strangulation, Assault IV, Recklessly Endangering Another Person & Harassment. Also, Failure to Appear in 2nd Degree. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
