Spaght “arrested by Confederated Tribal Police Dept. on two Coos Bay PD warrants,” charging Probation Violation on original charge of Felon in Possession of Firearm, and Probation Violation on original charge of Failure to Appear I.

According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Nov. 2, 1:36 p.m., 200 block Merchant St., “out with vehicle,” 32-year old Derek Pimeno Zaval charged with PCS Meth & Interfering with Police Officer. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
