Central Coast Domestic, Aug. 14

On August 12th, 2015, at approximately 5:05pm Deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call at a residence in the 300 block of N. Yodel Ln. in Otis. The investigation revealed that 18 year old Nicholas Correa, of Otis, went to the residence to confront a family member over family issues and an argument ensued. Correa refused to leave and kicked open a door resulting in a physical altercation. Correa spit in the face of two family members subjects multiple times, bit one of them then pulled a weapon from the kitchen area and threatened to stab them. Family members were able to restrain Correa and remove him from the house resulting in minor injuries to Correa. Deputies arrested Correa and transported him to Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport where he was treated and then lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on two counts of Harassment and one count of Menacing. His bail was set at $35,000. Deputies were assisted on scene by the Oregon State Police, North Lincoln Fire and Rescue and Pac West Ambulance
