According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Aug. 12, 7:40 p.m., Ocean Blvd. & Brule, “man down,” 30-year old Joseph Fitzgibbons cited for Theft II. Earlier, 5:39 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, “theft” reported, and connected to Fitzgibbons.
