According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for early Saturday morning, Feb. 22, 3:34 a.m., 900 block Anderson Ave., “result of male vs. female dispute,” 28-year old Jesse Hempel charged with Assault IV Domestic Felony and Reckless Endangering. He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
