Warrant
According to an entry on the CQPD log for Jan. 26, 4:25 a.m., 1300 block W. 10th St., “mental subject,” 40-year old Suzanne Marie Fields arrested on CQPD warrant charging FTA on seven-counts of Improper Use of an Emergency Reporting System and two-counts of Telephonic Harassment, “cited in lieu of custody.”
