On Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at approximately 2:07 P.M., Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a three vehicle crash on Hwy 99E near milepost 39. Preliminary investigation revealed a Chevrolet pickup, operated by Tyler Cook (26) of Gervais, was northbound when it rear-ended a stopped Chevrolet pickup, operated by Jonathan Morgan (60) of Salem. Morgan’s Chevrolet pickup was forced into the southbound lane where it collided with a Dodge minivan, operated by Amisaday Espinosa-Feria (29) of Woodburn. Morgan was stopped to turn into an adjacent driveway. Espinosa-Feria was transported by life flight to the Salem Hospital. Cook was transported by ground ambulance to the Salem Hospital. Morgan was transported by private vehicle to the Salem Hospital.
