According to an entry on the CQPD log for Sept. 9, 10:51 p.m., Hwy. 42S, Sturdivant Park, “illegal burning,” Christopher L. Halbert and Amanda D. Walton both charged with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, “both cited in lieu of custody.”
