According to an entry on the NBPD log for Sept. 10, 3:39 a.m., 1900 block Meade Ave., “NBPD warrant served, subject was cited in lieu of custody,” 43-year old Katrina V. O’Neal, North Bend, charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth, Resisting Arrest.
