The Oregon Commercial Dungeness Crab Season is set to begin December 1st and officials are saying the meat quality is looking good. The Oregon Agriculture Dept. recently sent out a coastwide alert about a deadly toxin found in some Dungeness Crab. Tests for Domoic Acid are continuing; however, crab pulled recently showed the meat content had passed preseason measures. Testing will continue leading up to the season.
