Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into the death of a 23-year old female who was suspected to have fallen from an Ashland area Interstate 5 overpass Tuesday night and was struck by several vehicles. Preliminary information indicates that on August 2, 2016 at about 10:25 p.m., OSP troopers were dispatched to a report of a person lying in the roadway and was struck by several vehicles on Interstate 5 near milepost 19. (North Ashland exit). The person was pronounced deceased and identified as Kasha Rose JENSON, age 23, of Ashland. OSP troopers from the Central Point Area Command office, with the assistance of the Jackson County Medical Examiner’s office, are continuing the investigation.
