News release from the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On February 13, 2014, at about 10:00 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to an address in the 8200 block of Highway 229, Kernville, OR on report of a domestic assault. The complainant reported her live-in boyfriend, 55 year old Ronald J. Zimmerman of Kernville, assaulted her in their residence causing physical injury not requiring medical attention. Deputies contacted Zimmerman in the area. He was arrested and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on two counts of Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic. His bail was set at $30,000.00.”
