CCSO release – On September 2, 2021, at about 7:16 PM, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Powers area in response to a call of a disturbance. Through the course of the investigation, it was learned the caller and victim had been subjected to assaultive unwanted physical contact by 59 year old Gerald Hart, her live in boyfriend.
Hart was arrested without incident and transported to the Coos County Jail alleging the crime of Harassment (Domestic).
