CCSO release – On September 2, 2021, at about 5:54 PM, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a disturbance occurring at 90802 Ford Lane in Coos Bay. Upon arrival, deputies located 40 year old Donald Mark in the street screaming at a woman. During the course of the investigation, it was learned Mark had been sporadically screaming in the area since 0700 hours that morning. As a result of the investigation, Mark was arrested on the crime of Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the Coos County Jail.
