DINT release – On Monday, July 19th, 2021, at approximately 7:00 PM, detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested 22 year old Eumetrious Zepeda of Roseburg. Zepeda was identified as a person of interest in an ongoing drug investigation. Detectives and deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office contacted Zepeda in his vehicle in the 4600 block of Carnes Road. Drug detection K-9 “Trapper” checked the exterior of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of controlled substances inside. A search of the vehicle revealed approximately a quarter pound of suspected methamphetamine, as well as two concealed firearms. Zepeda was arrested and lodged at the Douglas County Jail. He has been charged with the following crimes: Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine; Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine within 1,000′ of a School; Unlawful Possession/Concealment of Firearms (2 counts).
