On Thursday, August 24, 2017, at 3:10 am, the Douglas County 911 Center received a report of a vehicle that crashed into a fence in the 5000-block of NE Stephens Street in Roseburg. Deputies arrived on scene and identified the driver as 23 year old Jodie R. Kelley of Winchester. Neither Kelley or her two adult passengers were injured. As a result of the investigation, Kelley was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. She was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
