During the course of the Dunefest event, deputies worked a total of 83 hours of DUII Enforcement grants with funds provided by the Oregon Department of Transportation. The event started on July 23 and ended on July 28, 2019. During the course of the event, deputies made the following enforcement contacts: 18 Arrests; 6 Speeding Citations; 4 Suspended/Revoked Citations; 6 DUII Arrests; 10 MIP Alcohol Citations; 8 Equipment Violations; 23 other violation citations; 196 Warnings; 1 Felony Arrest. Deputies also responded to three injury crashes during the course of the weekend.
