Notice from the Coos Co. Elections Dept. The General Election in Coos County will be held on November 8, 2016. Ballots will be mailed to all active, registered voters on October 21, 2016. Voters should receive their ballots between October 22nd – October 28th . Military, overseas and out of state ballots are mailed earlier. If voters in Coos County have not received their ballot in the mail by Friday, October 28th , they should contact the Coos County Elections office. The last day for new registrations in Oregon for this election is October 18th, 2016, and postmarks do count.
