ODOT release – GLENDALE – Northbound Interstate 5 motorists should expect 20 minute delays between Glendale and Azalea (milepost 83-89) on Wednesday morning, October 24, due to hazard tree removal operations. Northbound rolling slowdowns will be in place from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Flaggers will hold traffic at the Quines Creek Road (Exit 86) and Azalea (Exit 88) northbound on-ramps for up to 20 minutes. Southbound I-5 traffic will not be affected.
