On Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at approximately 7:29 P.M. Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a motorcycle crash southbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 216. Preliminary investigation revealed a black 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by Vincent Wolford (56) of Lebanon, was southbound when for unknown reasons it crashed and came to rest on the shoulder. Wolford was struck by a passing vehicle, possibly a Commercial Motor Vehicle, that did not stop at the scene.
