A 20-year old Florence male has been arrested on charges of Assault I and Unlawful Use of a Weapon after he allegedly shot his 30-year old brother twice with a .22 caliber rifle Friday night, Dec. 27, at a residence on 52nd Street in Florence. Seth River Wells fled from the residence but turned himself into police about ten-hours after the shooting. The victim, Andrew Terry, was transported to the local hospital and according to a police report is expected to recover from his injuries.
