On March 1, 2016, Detectives with the Oregon State Police arrested John Adam Raley, age 50, of Klamath Falls, OR, for an outstanding arrest warrant and lodged him in the Klamath County Jail. Raley had been indicted by a Klamath County Grand Jury on 4 counts of Kidnapping in the First degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, Assault in the Fourth degree and Strangulation. Raley’s arrest warrant stems from an Assault / Kidnapping investigation that began on February 11, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of Florence Raley (John Raley’s wife), Melissa Stanholtzer and John Martin.
