Three games to go in the 2018 4A Far West League girls basketball season and Marshfield is holding on to a one-game lead over second place Brookings-Harbor. Both won their games Tuesday night. The top-ranked Lady Pirates beat their Bay Area Rivals North Bend 56-23 in Coos Bay, while Brookings-Harbor got a road win at Siuslaw 53-24 in Florence. Douglas is alone in third after beating South Umpqua in Tri City 38-30. On Friday, Marshfield (7-0, 19-2) is at South Umpqua (3-4, 9-11), North Bend (1-6, 5-15) goes to Brookings-Harbor (6-1, 12-9), and Douglas (4-3, 11-9) visits Siuslaw (0-7, 3-18).
