News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On August 2, 2016, the Coos County 911 Center received a total of 4 911 calls from Sulynn Tabler. Suylnn did not have any emergency reason to be calling 911. The only issue Sulynn could communicate to the dispatch center was that she was on social security and did not have a stove. Deputies arrived and spoke with Sulynn about what was going on. Sulynn told deputies she did not have any emergency. Sulynn was arrested for Improper Use of 911 and transported to the Coos County Jail, where she was turned over to jail staff.
