The State of Oregon has opted to extend its ban on in-person dining due to the COVID-19 virus. The original order issued March 16th was set to expire April 14th. Officials say the ban is now in line with the Governor’s stay at home directive as a way to fight the spread of the deadly virus. Restaurants, bars and other food & beverage businesses can continue to provide food through takeout or delivery. Those who do not comply with the Governor’s Order face a misdemeanor criminal charge.
