Learn how to make a Mason Bee House. Materials, tools and instruction will be provided. Participants will use a drill press to make holes in the flat face of the tree limb. Mini-shakes will be attached for the attractive roof. Decorative trim added to enhance the bee house and your garden. Participants will leave the 4 hour workshop with their own Mason Bee House! This is a great family activity and a way to help our environment. The workshop will be held on Saturday, August 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Coos Bay Boat Building Center located at 100 Newmark Avenue, Coos Bay OR. Cost for the class is $15.00.
