News release from the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On March 3rd, 2014, at approximately 6:25PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Wade Road, Siletz, Oregon on a report of a male subject attempting to break into a residence. The male was also reported to be in possession of a firearm and was “waving” it around. Three adult victims and one 17 year old juvenile victim reported 31 year old Siletz Resident, Mosher Hall, brandished a firearm during an argument with one of the adult victims. The firearm was reportedly pointed at all four victims and one shot was reported to have been fired in an unknown direction. Deputies subsequently contacted Mosher Hall at his residence and he was arrested without incident. Hall was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on four counts of Menacing and one count of Unlawful Use of a weapon. Total bail was set at $110,000. Deputies were assisted on scene by the Toledo Police Department.”
