On December 30, 2014, at about 2300 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 470 Tiara Street in Lakeside for a report of a dispute. Deputies contacted Arlene Campbell who told them Gerry Campbell, her husband, was acting irrational and began throwing items in the house at her. Arlene said this included mail, miscellaneous papers, and DVD’s. Arlene told Deputies Gerry grabbed her shirt sleeve and began shaking it. Gerry also grabbed her walker and began shaking it as well. Arlene feared for her physical safety and was scared of Gerry. Deputies arrested Gerry Campbell for Menacing and Harassment, both charges constituting domestic violence. Gerry was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and lodged. Arlene Campbell did not need medical attention at the scene.
