CIRCUMSTANCES: Douglas Gray was last seen on Sunday, October 4, 2015, at approximately 11:30am when he walked away from family members at Walmart in Coos Bay, Oregon. Mr. Gray suffers from Dementia and is likely confused. Mr. Gray was last wearing a green outer sweater with a lighter colored sweater underneath, blue jeans, and a large straw hat. Mr. Gray has walked away previously and was located several miles from his last known location.
