News release from CCSO. Sometime during the night of November 11th or early morning of November 12, 2016, Matthew Ryan Noel (DOB 04-24-00), 16 YOA left his residence on Edison Road in Bandon. Matthew has not contacted his family or friends since leaving his residence and has not attended school. Matthew’s parents believe he may be in route to the Gold Beach area. Matthew is described as being 16 years of age, white male juvenile, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, 120 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. Matthew maybe wearing a dark shirt, blue jean, a hoodie type sweat shirt and carrying a backpack.
