A healthy Jonathan Chilcote won both the 100 & 200 sprints at the Dick Baker Invitational at Gladstone Saturday.  The Bulldogs finished second to La Grande, while the North Bend girls were fifth to Astoria.  Chilcote was timed in 10.95 for the short sprint (best in 4A), while freshman Jake Posey was third in 11.35.  In the 200, the junior was timed in 22.59 (tied for best in 4A), while Posey was fifth in 23.63.  Tyson Flitcroft was third in the 1500 (4.22.73), Ty Hampton was second in the Discus (138-10), Orion Osborn won the Javelin (161-11) and Giovanni Byers took the High Jump (6-04 a state 4A best).  Jericho Binghan (12-00) and Caleb Melton (11-00) went 2-3 in the Pole Vault, while Byers (20-02.75) and Teron Catanzaro (19-06) went 2-3 in the Long Jump.  Sophomore Chelsea Howard led the Bulldog girls with a win in the 100 (12.75), third in the 200 (27.15), second in the Long Jump (17-06) and second in the Triple Jump (35-08.50).  Haley Edwards was second in the 100H (17.00), the 4X400 Rely Team (Kaitlyn Bingham, Megan Proett, Haley Edwards, Celeste Sinko) 4:24.54 placed third, and Kalista Ross took fourth (9-00) in the Pole Vault.  North Bend will host a Far West League JV meet on Tuesday.
