According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 9, 7:14 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “male subject stole batteries,” 47-year old Dustin James Stoker arrested on Ashland PD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Assault & Harassment charges. “Subject returned stolen property and was warned for Theft III. He was permanently trespassed from Safeway and all PV Mall properties.” Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 9, 8:10 a.m., 2000 block Johnson Ave., “burglary, report taken for Burglary I and Theft I.”
Wanted
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 9, 10:01 a.m., 1400 block Airport Ln., “anonymous RP provided location of wanted subject. Officers respond and located the subject,” 35-year old Justin N. Black, North Bend, charged with Contempt of Court and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 9, 2:11 p.m., 1400 block Airport Way, “911, assault, son is intoxicated and assaulted her. He left on foot to get more alcohol,” 28-year old Curtis Archer charged with Harassment/Domestic, Assault on a Public Safety Officer, Aggravated Harassment, Interfering & Resisting Arrest. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
