According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 21, 3:29 p.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “criminal trespass, male transient sleeping in lobby refusing to leave,” 23-year old Brian Quinn Stuart charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  “Subject referred to DA Office for PCS Schedule I.

Wanted
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 21, 8:33 p.m., 2100 block Harrison Ave., “officers attempt to locate wanted subject,” 30-year old Jacob C. Cooper, North Bend, charged with Physical Harassment, Trespass I, Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Mischief III.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 21, 11:38 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino,” “Casino reported violation of restrain order in progress,” 41-year old Oscar A. Morales-Campos charged with VRO and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Transients
Entries on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 21, involving transients.  At 6:23 a.m., 1800 block Virginia Ave., “transient took building materials from construction company and built a shelter.  No one in our around, extra patrols requested.”  At 11:16 a.m., 1500 block Sherman Ave., “subjects with alcohol on porch and refusing to leave, transients contacted and warned for open container, both trespassed from location.”  At 11:51 a.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “intoxicated male causing problems at location, subject contacted and left upon request, warned for DOC and permanently trespassed from property.”  At 12:18 p.m., 1800 block Virginia Ave., “officer flagged down at location, RP request extra patrols due to transients in the back of property, logged for extra patrols.”  At 12:21 p.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave., “transients refusing to leave location, all permanently trespassed from location and they left upon request.”  At 3:07 p.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “disorderly conduct, male transient walking in traffic, giving everyone the peace sign.  Officer contacted male and warned him to stay on sidewalk, warned for DOC.”  At 4 p.m., 700 block Virginia Ave., “disorderly conduct, male transient sitting on railing outside NB Hotel screaming and yelling and begging for cigarettes.  Officer responded/subject was warned again for DOC.  He was advised if we get another call on him today he will be going to jail.”  At 4:31 p.m., Spruce & Newmark, “several 911 calls, female jumping in traffic, flipping everyone off, almost got hit several times, officer responded/contacted female and warned her of Disorderly Conduct.  Any more contact today she will go to jail.”
