According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 7, 3:34 p.m., 600 block Lombard St., “RP reported male subject that lives with her took her vehicle without permission and also her medication.” Vehicle located at 14th & Juniper. Forty-five year old Harry Everette Miller, North Bend, arrested for UUMV and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. A passenger, 32-year old Robert Oliver Goldrick, North Bend, warned for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana and seized marijuana pipe for destruction.
Stolen Laptop Recovered
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 7, 4:14 p.m., 600 block Lombard St., “follow up, stolen laptop was recovered.” Forty-three year old Everett John Miller, Coos Bay, referred to the DA Office for Theft II.
Weapons Offense
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 7, 4:59 p.m., Juniper & 14th, 31-year old Kermit Maurice Gaston III, Coos Bay, will be referred for Possession Concealed Weapon.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 7, 4:59 p.m., Tremont & State, “traffic accident, vehicle vs. PPL pole.” Fifty-eight year old Jerry Hill, Coos Bay, arrested for DUII, Hit & Run and Reckless Driving. Also warned for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana. Vehicle towed.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 7, 3:52 a.m., Mill Casino, “officer out with subject at location.” Nineteen year old Ronald Brown, North Bend, arrested on CBPD warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Attempt Elude Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering, Escape III and PCS Heroin. Also charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
