According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Jan. 15, 11:02 p.m., 479 Newmark Ave., Empire District, “officer en route to assist CCSO and CBPD with a large fight in progress outside the Silver Dollar Tavern.” According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for 11:04 p.m., same location, “fight resulting in arrest of wanted subject.” Twenty-six year old Jeffrey Herman Dossiere arrested on two CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on a citation and Theft III. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
