According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Jan. 3, 11:27 a.m., Newmark & Edgewood Dr., “RP reported an approximate 7 yoa male walking in street on Newmark, then onto Edgewood walking in street along. Officers responded/juvenile was transported home. Mother was advised of Juvenile Being Alone in Public Under Age of 10.”
Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Jan. 3, 4:46 p.m., Sherman & Washington, “RP reported possible assault in progress, female calling for help being dragged down the street. Officers respond and located the female, she did not wish to file a report, officer advised unable to locate the male subject in surrounding area. Female left the area in a cab.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 4, 2:04 a.m., Clark & Myrtle, “traffic stop,” 36-year old Joshua James Harden, Brownsville, cited and released on Linn Co. warrant charging Contempt of Court. “Driver fled on foot and will be referred to DA’s Office.”
PCS
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 4, 2:24 a.m., 1500 block Hayes St., “RP reported subject across street going in and out of carport at location. Subject keeps looking around. Unknown if he is going to steal anything or not. Officers contacted 2 subjects in the residence. Both will be referred to DA’s Office for PCS Schedule I.”
