According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Nov. 21, 2:04 p.m., 2400 block Fir St., “burglary to residence.”
Wanted
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Nov. 22, 3 p.m., 2000 block Sheridan Ave., “attempt to locate wanted subject.” Thirty-two year old Michael J. Weathers, Coos Bay, arrested on charge of Assault III (Powers Probable Cause), transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Shoplifter
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Nov. 22, 2:37 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “Loss Prevention reports male subject tried to leave the store with items. He fled on foot. Officer located subject.” Forty-two year old Rodney L. Baker, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for Theft III, and trespassed from Safeway properties.
Shoplifter
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Nov. 22, 1 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “shoplifter in custody at location.” Forty-five year old David Scott Kulick cited and released in lieu of custody for Theft III.
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Nov. 22, 7:22 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “female refusing to leave location. Female arrested, she is refusing to ID herself.” Twenty-four year old Vanessa X. Cardoso, transient, charged with Criminal Trespass and Interfering. Also, CBPD warrant. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 23, 11:10 p.m., 2222 Broadway Ave., Community Center, “event security advised they had a male subject swing on one of their guards, they currently have him detained near the front entrance.” Twenty-five year old Christian J. Contreras, Gold Beach, charged with Assault IV and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Disorderly
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 23, 11:03 p[.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Casino Security reports female subject relieved herself in the Valet parking lane in front of the Casino, request officer contact her, Security is going to be attempting to contact her. Female left in vehicle prior to arrival.”
Shoplifter
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 23, 3:59 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “Safeway Loss Prevention requests officer respond for a male in custody for shoplifting.” Twenty-four year old Danny Ray O’Dell charged with Theft III, Giving False Info, and warned for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana. Officer seized a pipe for destruction and O’Dell was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 23, 1900 block Monroe Ave., “RP reports her neighbor is yelling for her to call 911. Unknown what the emergency is. Officers responded, advised verbal dispute only. Both were warned for charge/Disorderly Conduct.” Forty-one year old Jerad Ryan Slagle arrested on warrant out of Marion Co. charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Theft III, and second warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Theft II and Theft III.
Spray Paint
Entries on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 23, involving spray paint vandalism. At 7:28 a.m., 3100 block Sheridan Ave., “fence and canopy spray painted.” At 9:06 a.m., 3300 block Sheridan Ave., “vehicle spray painted.”
